Waited an hour while Joanne had a friendly conversation with someone in the office. She new I was there waiting and just ignored me. I finally had to leave without getting my blood done because I had to go to work. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Now I have to go back to the blood lab again tomorrow because of health reasons. This is ridiculous!!
It's always a pleassure to come to this lab. Joanne, an amazing multi tasking person will make sure she gets all the paperwork correct before she perform your tests
The nurse is very rude and it's not clear where you are supposed to go when you arrive. After being ignored for over 15 minutes we left and went to Quest.
we waited for a long time while no one else was there and the nurse knew we were there like told the nurse leaving she knows and she looked at us with a nasty look for a good minute then walked to the back never said anything but still didnt help us and all we were doing was dropping off a sample but she didnt even ask us what we were there for. we left and headed to another location
