This place is horrible!!! Do not waste your time. Especially the one on broad st in Clifton. Avoid at all costs!
Front desk is rude and unprofessional.
DO NOT GO HERE. I am 8 months pregnant and I've been going here to get my blood work done this entire year. I had to get bloodwork done for the 5th time this year and was turned away because "they no longer accept my insurance since last year." The young woman at the front desk (working at 4:30pm on 11/24) offered no help and just said they no longer accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Pathetic service. The guy in front desk is both rude over phone and in person. Do not recommend.
UPDATE Jan 2021, lately I've been getting new test results in my BioReference account. Turned out that they put someone's test results into my account because that person had the same first name as I do! What a mess!! Original review: Avoid at all cost. Staff on site got my name wrong, address wrong, and only got the DoB correct on the final lab report. They didn't do this by accident. Because I stressed many times that I needed the info to be 100% correct for legal purpose. I wrote them on the prescription with all cap lett... read more
