Walked in and received a friendly greeting and acknoeleaced right away. 2 friendly people spoke with me. One brought me into the lab. Done in 10 minutes. Friendly good bye. I had no appt. that day.
Don't bother going there during the lunch time or you will be wasting your time. You will find a note on the door saying 'Out for lunch...'. I wish they mentioned the lunch break closing time on their website...
