Poor Service and Unhelpful Staff I had a very frustrating experience at BioReference Labs. The lady at the front desk insisted that I provide a hard copy of a document, despite the fact that I could have easily emailed it to her so she could print it herself. On top of that, BioReference had already given me a QR code to scan for my appointment, which meant I didn’t even need the email or a physical copy. They only got 1star because i couldn’t give zero. This place is terrible! Specially with babies/toddlers. The front desk lady is the same one drawing your blood and back and forth. Hot mess! Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.
front desk lady is very rude. she closed the door 25 mins earlier than was supposed to. All i needed was a test to send to Lab. i don't know why i was made an appointment at a late time if i wont be allowed in. i was rushing to get there. she was chit chatting with patients, probably why she didnt let me in.
NEGILGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I came here for blood work and when I went to the doctors they stated there is NO RECORD of my blood being drawn or sent to the lab. Now the lab is saying they have NO RECORD of me going, but yet they have cameras, sign in sheets and I have a bruise on my arm from the needle of SAID "NO RECORD" OF BLOOD being drawn. THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO GO UNDER INVESTIGATION!
