My appointment is at 8 am but i have to wait walk ins that came before me for over an hour, each patient takes forever to process paperwork. I told my doctor to stop sending orders here.

My blood draw on the morning of June 26, 2026, was by far the worst experience I’ve had in more than 50 years of having blood drawn. I was the only patient in the office, yet I was greeted from behind the desk without anyone getting up, and the interaction felt abrupt and unfriendly.
