Terrible experience! Absolutely do not recommend. The woman at the front desk is actually fine — she takes the samples quickly and professionally. But getting your results? A complete nightmare. I’ve been going in circles for days. First, they say they’ll fax the results to your doctor. Then they tell you to call them directly. Then they give you a completely different phone number. After that, you’re told to give them a lab code, and once you do, they bombard you with a million unnecessary questions — and still refuse to gi... read more
