Mostly bad service however the staff is nice. They close at 630, when I called at 6 they told me to come back next day. True to my word I returned the following day. Hard to find the place once inside the building. My main concern was the timing of the lab results, I was told it would take 2-3 days. I’m on day 3, and still no results… That’s the main reason for bad review. Also she missed the vein - as imaged

Very bad experience with phlebotomy technician, Nadya, and no blood test results because she threw my blood away saying that it have condensed after my visit. I’m so much disappointed with Bioreference. Stay away from this place!!!
Terrible service. Unprofessional comments, slow and awkward manner. Inability to collect blood work without patient’s suffering and errors in the ordering necessary tests. Stay away !!!
