Since being diagnosed with cancer, I go here to get bloodwork. The ladies are professional, courteous and very sweet. Grateful to go someplace and people are so nice.
Dingy, disorganized, understaffed, unfriendly. I guess there are reasons this is one of the only labs my insurance company will pay for. The same person processing paperwork (only person working there) is the person drawing blood. People walk in clutching bottles of urine (bathroom is not in the lab).
They close at least a half hour before their posted closing time. It's supposed to be 5:00 in Wednesdays and I've been standing at their door knocking since 4:30, having come by to fill out a form. Further, both times I've been here they claim their internet is down, preventing them from checking my insurance apparently. I find them surly and unpleasant for being a service business.
