Terrible. Have requested three times (3 faxes and 3 voicemails) to fax over bloodwork to our primary doctor. No one answers phones, no one returns calls.
Front desk was nice, helpful and accommodating for our situation. But I’m *still* waiting for test results on a time sensitive test. It’s a day later, and still no results. The portal takes 2-3 days to “approve” any dependents (kids) on your account, requiring a birth certificate download, which is just utterly ridiculous turn around time and ridiculous requirement. This was such a waste of time. I will have to go elsewhere to redo the exam.
