Came here before 6 they told they are close I was a few minutes to my appointment. Lazy staff.
They were incredibly arrogant and rude! They were very rough with the child! One nurse, who seemed to be of Mexican descent, completely ignored the Chinese nurse and started aggressively slapping the child's arm before the procedure even began. The two nurses then forcefully grabbed the child's entire arm, leaving fingernail marks all over it. When I asked them to be gentler, they said it was normal! I have never seen a doctor or nurse use their fingernails on a patient! Why couldn't they use their fingertips? They repeatedl... read more
