Had a STAT routine blood test that should have had results within a couple of hours (confirmed by phlebotomist). Results did not come back until 8+ hours later. Would recommend Labcorp, I had the same test done there but received results less than two hours later.
I wish I had read these reviews prior to making an appointment. I didn't realize that one person working both the front desk and doing blood work was a permanent feature of this place. As others have said, the lady is nice, but it's 9:45 and I am just getting checked in for my 9:15 appointment. When they offer 15 min appointment slots it makes you think (unrealistically, in this place) that you might be in and out in 15min. Ha. Outstanding patient connection. Jacqueline is professional and personable. Short wait and clean facility.
This is a Location of Bioreference Labs. First of all, I want to say the woman working there is very nice and this review is in no way a reflection of her work or care. She is doing her best, but the company managing this location is clearly extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. They have one woman working there who has to manage the front desk AND all the bloodwork/lab tests, so she’s literally bouncing back and forth between checking people in, handling the insurance, and actually doing the phlebotomy work.
