The lady that worked today was very busy and seemed lost. She was also rude and I was left uncertain if I had to sit and wait or stand by the counter. I think this office needs at least another person with a happy disposition who’s ready to greet and help. One fire thing: this place seems messy and dirty for a place to get blood work. For 1 person in charge, it’s impossible so I do feel kinda bad for the lady today. Full house with one 1 person!
Okay wow! The care and kindness by the technician is over my expectations. Not only is the wait minimal (actually..none!), The technician was so kind to give me instructions on how to get to building 4 and even tried to come outside to find me. I'm writing this review after going to a different clinic (not this company). I should have definitely not wasted my time there and came here first!
