I went here because my doctor in the building sent me here. Check your insurance! This place is 5 times more than Quest has ever cost me.
I am afraid of needles when giving blood but Trudy is the best and makes the experience better :)
No customer service other than an automated machine. Nobody in reception to answer questions.
Don’t bother with appointment. Your wait will still be over an hour with appointment. Computers down. After 30 minute in lobby, you’re called in to wait in the SECOND waiting room so you can hear everything. Technician in first room was chatting 15-20 minutes after blood was drawn and patient was done. Socializing when you’ve got a room full of people waiting is a problem. When another technician finally got to me (first one was still socializing!) she was quick and efficient (done in 2 minutes). It should not take over an h... read more
They never sent the test results to my son's doctor. Now his results are lost in their system and he will probably have to go back for more testing which means more money and more pokes on him! All because they are unorganized and careless.
