Front office lady with glasses was very rude. No friendly, nice customer service skills whatsoever, never coming here again! I had told her the patient spoke Spanish ONLY and she told me she spoke Spanish, the patient comes out of the office saying she didn’t speak any Spanish to her! What the heck!? The lady also didn’t offer us to have a seat in the waiting room, but did for other patients!! She had us waiting OUTSIDE. Total discrimination! Don’t recommend coming here if you’ve never been!
In and out in minutes. Barely felt the needle.
I went in and was seen right away, and the tech was very skilled and polite, and I left a happy customer.
