I've been with the Lab for about a year. My personal trainer is personable, knowledgeable and creates workouts fit just for me. I have lost weight and toned muscles I didn’t know I had. The place is extremely diverse & actually made new friends. This gym is for everyone and the classes are hard but, fun. I love this place
The Lab Training Studio is a family friendly environment. The trainers really push you to do your best. Such a great atmosphere and the classes/ sessions they offer are great and fun especially the step class.
Finding a gym that makes you feel comfortable and judged free is very hard but I landed my feet in this been a promising experience you can be yourself and all the trainers are helpful when becoming a better you it takes a village which they are now MINE thank you for being so welcoming
Awesome place to workout! Trainers are top tier and prices are extremely reasonable. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. I'm locked in!
