I’d like to give a shout out to the girls at Lab Organics. Every time I go into the store I’m shown products that would benefit my skin but I’m not sold anything that I don’t need, which is refreshing. At times I’ve wanted to buy a product and have been told that I don’t need it. At Lab Organics it’s not all about making sales. It is about building long term relationships with customers and getting to know them personally. That’s why I keep going back. They know the history of my skin and can advise me accordingly.

gorgeous store, great place for a wander and to find gifts for girlfriends. they wrap them beautifully as well. lovely staff.

I’ve shopped on and off here for a really long time, first when I used to buy sodashi products as this was a local stockist. I’ve always found the owner back then to be super rude and icy, and several people have also reported this to my facialist when she’s sent them there to purchase similar products - but I wanted to say how lovely the (I think) British lady who served me today was - she said she’d just started working there and helped with fragrances. I had the most wonderful experience finding organic products for my hair, skin and home with Avril, she gave me such helpful advice that I’ve already put to use. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem. On a personal note, she was lovely and such an inspiring human! Give her a raise!
