I’ve shopped on and off here for a really long time, first when I used to buy sodashi products as this was a local stockist. I’ve always found the owner back then to be super rude and icy, and several people have also reported this to my facialist when she’s sent them there to purchase similar products - but I wanted to say how lovely the (I think) British lady who served me today was - she said she’d just started working there and helped with fragrances. I had the most wonderful experience finding organic products for my hair, skin and home with Avril, she gave me such helpful advice that I’ve already put to use. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem. On a personal note, she was lovely and such an inspiring human! Give her a raise!
