Victoria takes the time to listen to what you want, analyze your hair and then do what is ever needed to create the look and style that makes you feel invincible. Her professional attitude and customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.
Stephanie did a fantastic job "fixing" my hair after a not so good haircut. She discussed with me what I ultimately wanted and then proceeded to take her time to cut my hair and it turned out so good. I have received many compliments. I will definitely be going back to her.
I went to The Lab today and had an AMAZING experience with Natasha! I was having a hard time finding a stylist that I could trust. I totally trust Natasha 💕. She listened to my concerns and didn't try to push a cut that I didn't want. I'm so happy to have found her and this awesome salon. The hair washing room is like I've never seen before, so soothing with chill music, low lighting and clouds! 🥰
