I had been looking for a gym for a while and am so happy to have found LAB. Jorge is the best trainer I could ask for, and all the staff truly care about seeing you make progress. I think it’s a great value for the money for what I found shopping around the area over several months. The people that join this gym are also amazing and friendly, and I always look forward to coming and seeing a familiar face. I love the L.A.B. – yes, I’ve lost weight and gained muscle. But more importantly than that, I love the community. I feel so supported, and I can always count on someone answering all of my millions of questions about fitness and nutrition. The people there are so kind and welcoming. You can find trainers anywhere. Community and genuine support, however, are much harder to come by. Reasonably priced for the top-tier quality training and equipment, convenient central location, cool atmosphere. Can’t recommend it enough.

I was looking for a gym just like this close to my house and struck gold! I worked with Vlad for the introductory sessions and he was very knowledgeable and encouraging. Chris and Tami are so helpful and kind. My favorite thing about the gym? The variety of ages- all are welcome to get stronger!

Join this place if you want nothing but spam in your mailbox. They don't give an option to unsubscribe from their junk mail and they leave you no way of getting in touch with them. If this is how they want to conduct business, you might as well apply to local call center. So much for customer service and honest business practices.
