Incredible! Tons of equipment and space for every type of fitness, from body building to hyrox and calisthenics. Super clean with friendly ownership. Highly recommend!!
Hubby and I stoped in yesterday and we truly couldn’t have been greeted with better hospitality and care. Thank you Brian for giving us some coaching and being all around great — even got some pregnancy modifications. Hope we can be back! 💪🏼 If you’re ever in Fort Worth definitely check out The LAB! They even do Hyrox training!
I was in town and needed to pop in some where to get in a quick workout. The LAB was very welcoming and the owner, Brian, was very kind and helpful. For a small space this gym has it all! I was super impressed by all the equipment available and the staff made it a point to greet me and offer any help or advice that I might need. More than just a gym, they are family. Training at The LAB has completely transformed my life. Coach B brings the perfect balance of tough love and inspiration. He pushes you to your limits, and the results speak for themselves. I noticed a change after only 3 days, and I reached my goal weight in under 4 months! I visited this gym while I was in town unexpectedly during a difficult time. Brian was so hospitable to me, a complete stranger, and it is clear he is a business owner who cares deeply about his community. This gym had everything I could think of and so much more. There are TV's on the wall with great workouts for those people sneaking a workout in during non peak hours. If I lived locally I would absolutely be trying one of the classes and some personal training. Highly recommend this gym.
