Dropped in on work trip. Amazing place!
Had an awesome experience at The Lab today! Brian and her wife Kris were super welcoming and let me join a workout with my sis in law, which I really appreciated. The vibe of the place is great, and you can tell right away how experienced he is as a coach. Also, shoutout to his wife for being so kind and attentive made me feel right at home. Definitely a 5-star experience!

From the moment I called until I walked in the doors the owners were friendly and helpful. The gym itself is clean and has a great atmosphere. The vibe is definitely there! If you are looking for a good, local gym with people who are passionate about what they do then this place is definitely for you! I would recommend to everyone.
