The lab is the best!! Brian and Kris helped me get in the best shape of my life for my wedding. The workouts are targeted and the atmosphere is wonderful!! The best gym in Fort Worth for sure!!
The lab has been my favorite gym ever. Brian and Kris are the kindest people ever and really just want to make you better and help you achieve your goals! The gym is always clean and everyone I encountered was so nice. Truly the most welcoming environment and I have loved it here!!! Couldn’t recommend more.
I really enjoyed my time here. The space and equipment are clean and well taken care of, the trainers are kind and help to correct form or answer questions while being courteous and respectful. The storage area for personal items was enough for extra layers, and small personal items. The workout plans delivered by the trainers are well planned and are altered often to accommodate progress.
Joining The Performance Lab is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. In just 4 months, I’ve seen real change, both physically and mentally. Coach B and Kris go above and beyond to support, challenge, and inspire every single member. This isn’t just a gym — it’s a community.
This is my go to spot every time I'm in Fort Worth for a drop in workout. Would definitely be my gym if I lived in the area. Great spot. Highly recommend!!!!
