I Love the employees that are working there. They were very kind in helping me sign up and explain the process of how I would receive my results.
I first didn’t receive my confirmation email and after calling the number about the issue it was handled promptly and I was taken care of not just one time but twice by this company. Thank you so much for making such a crazy time seamless and stress free! Recommended to friends and thanks a million!
Took my son there in the am on 1/6/2021 and got his results the next morning. Turned around and booked appointments for myself, wife and two other children on 1/7/2021 and received results Saturday morning. Fast and friendly, I don’t know what other people are talking about but this place had me in and out in less than 10 mins. I highly recommend the Richmond location
