My son is a very strong willed kid who will work as hard as a coach will push him. I don’t go inside during his sessions so that he can be himself inside. He comes out feeling great! Just yesterday he got in the car and said “dad, she really worked me hard today”. Which is what I love to hear and what I requested as well. My son is striving! Would recommend The Lab to anyone……
