The Lab offers a very welcoming environment. I was warmly greeted by the staff and promptly directed to my appointed barber, Sergio. He showed great attention to detail throughout the cut, even asking me to review the final result and offering to make any adjustments. Sergio is a true professional with a bright future ahead of him—I highly recommend booking.
