I would not recommend the lab for rehab
Always a challenge to exceed the last workout! Great Gym!!
I was lead to write a review....first I was shocked to see such a nice gym in a small town and how they take CARE of there military soild choice to work out at.
Super friendly and professional staff and owners. Never had an issue here and I enjoy going 6 days a week. Sometimes it's the highlight of my week.
