Stopped in from out of town and met Bradford upon walking in. He was welcoming and we were impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the equipment (Rogue bumper plates and barbells, Concept 2 rowers, squat racks, lifting platforms). Wide array of equipment, adequate space, and welcoming staff made The Lab a great place to stop by and get a workout in.

My Son works out here - great gym - tracked improvements- Bradford is a great coach and motivator - noticeable improvement on strength and fitness
