We needed some work performed to get our home ready for selling it and being listed on the MLS. Adam responded to my query quickly and performed repair work on my roof fascia on the second floor where some of the 2 x 10 rotted at the corner by replacing the rotted section and repainting. He also did a roof maintenance resealing all the flashing / vent penetrations and chimney flashing and painting all those penetrations to make them uniform in appearance. All work was done promptly and cleanly - recommend LA Home Concierge

Adam and his team are professional and provide excellent service. During the rainy season in February I had a leaky roof at my rental property. Adam came out and gave me a bid. His prices are reasonable. My roof was fixed quickly. I will definitely will use Adam and his team again.
