Hands down the best!!! Needed a new loc stylist in New York and found the most down to earth woman. Also has great customer service and treats her customers like family. Also prices are good and hair is always up to par

As a first timer at the “L” effect Lola & Victoria made me feel so welcomed and their services were very accommodating due to me having locs . I booked soft locs and they came out so good ! Lola and Victoria are quick, efficient and versatile as they take pride in the work they do . I recommend this shop to anyone in the area you won’t be disappointed.
Lola works miracles. I was down bad. I'd lost hair and confidence and had no idea how to get to a place where my hair looked good. I showed Lola what I had to work with and she made me beautiful. This stylist is patient, kind and a magician in how she wields her fingers to create whatever style you want. My hair is growing back and there has been significant progress since I first started seeing her. No one else can touch my hair! If you want quality, there's no better choice you can make. The L Effect is all you need.
