Rachel is a fantastic lawyer and was help to help resolve my DUI with the best poasible outcome. She explained everything to me in detail to help me understand all of my options. Additionally Linda in her office was always extremely responsive and helpful and they were just a pleasure to work with! They are competent lawyers, but the delays are upsetting. I understand some of the original delays, but it shouldn't take a year and a half to close out my case.

Rachel Kugel has helped someone in my family several times, beginning in 2011 and most recently this past year. She and her office staff are easy to work with. They explain the issues clearly and work with the affected individual and family with respect and kindness.
