I've recently bought a motorbike from Paul and Jason. They gave me great advice, great service and a great deal. They really looked after me and the after sales service has been excellent too.
2nd service completed today, 3rd March '26, chain and sprockets changed, faulty TPM fitted, and then given a free chain cleaner after being told how clean my 30,000 miler was... I got HH KTM Centre to carry out an interim service as the dealer I had been using went bust! I asked for the service to be carried out 'early doors' and was told as long as I was there by 0800hrs it would be. They got on with it immediately...I was then shown an issue with the clutch slave cylinder as they always check these as they fail apparently.... read more
Brought my bike here for repair and they did a really good job of not only fixing the problem, but also fixing wear and tear which could have developed into future issues. The job list was communicated before work started, so really nice transparency. I did get a raised eyebrow about the condition of my bike but this was fair, since I am a commuter and the bike was definitely in "commuter condition" and stood out for the wrong reasons amongst the lovely bikes in the shop!
