I thought my bike was a lost cause , my last shot was the Krusty quad , and that shop produced a miracle not just once , not twice but every-time i have brought a machine there , they have , to put it in more modern terms "pissed excellence ".. in monroe county your limited on where you can drop off your machines , especially during the summer riding months for motorcycles , they prioritize there customers and if you listen to these wise words then you will be rewarded at a great price , my hats off to the krusty quad, braaa... read more
Rich is very knowledgeable and honest went to get my Yamaha banshee crank bearings replace but after Rich close inspection this man was honest enough to inform me it was my clutch bearings instead of crank bearings instead of taking advantage for a dollar This is Golden I found a new bike doctor thank you !
I have used KRUSTY QUAD twice and both experiences were excellent. Rich is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and his prices are fair. I definitely use him again in the future!
This guy is a scammer! Gave him $725 for parts 8 months ago and he has been making excuse after excuse and I haven't received anything from him. Had to file a police report! Don't get scammed by this guy!
Another shop had my king quad for weeks and only partially fixed the over heating issue, these guys had it back to me for half the price and running like new in half the time! I was entirely over all satisfied. May I quickly add that Richard kept me up to date n speed with newfound problems n how he planned to replace n fix them... I you can make the choice of where your Atv, Dirtbike, nd or Mortorcycle goes for a fixing you'll be more than Happy with your experience n treatment you'll get from the Krusty Quad.
