I had a deeply disappointing experience with The Kron Law Firm. Despite their numerous landing pages claiming expertise in HIPAA records, my experience revealed otherwise. After paying a retainer of over $5,000, the firm, which appears to be a small operation, only managed to draft a letter to another attorney requesting my son's health records.
