Incredible gym! The difference between martial arts and self defense is huge. Krav Gym is for self defense taught by a variety of highly trained very patient male and female instructors. The gym has a friendly connection among staff and students. Unlimited classes designed for beginners up to advanced Krav students.
Great instructors and a welcoming community. Classes are practical and fun with utmost importance given to safety.
Brought our son to Mike and Megan for a bullying issue he was having at the time. This was before they started The Krav Gym. He was unimpressed initially, until Mike showed him some things which got his attention! We did the Level 1 class together for the summer. Our son hit a growth spurt, gained confidence, and fortunately never had to use it.
