If you currently own Whitney Uptown in Dallas Texas as your website says…you have trapped people with no elevators and fire alarms going off all of the time. It’s been over a month with 22 stories and no working elevators. We have had security issues, our maintenance staff quit because of how bad it is, sewage in the garage, trash in the halls piling up. Do not rent from Koto Group. A few points: They’re impossible to get a hold of. They started new construction on my parking spot and did t tell me about it until I walked out to my car in the morning. When I finally got in contact with the property manager, she had the audacity to ask me if I enjoyed living there…Avoid them at all costs. Seriously, don’t waste your time.
