Neil and Jason were so great to work with. After having many failed attempts at getting our koi pond fixed, we got ahold of The Koi Story, and they came out multiple times until they had our pond up and running like it was before. They were very responsive, and communicated thoroughly every step. They took their time, and were percise with their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of maintenance to their pond and would certainly work with them again in the future.

I highly recommend The Koi Story Fish Farm. I hired them to redo a pond that had been botched by another contractor, and I’m very happy with the result. The owner is personable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely helpful. He really listens and works with you to achieve what you want rather than pushing his own creative ideas. The work is neat, thoughtful, and professionally done. It was a great experience from start to finish.

We recently hired The Koi Story Fish Farm to service our koi pond, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They did a thorough job cleaning the filtration system, balancing the water chemistry, and even fixing a leak from the waterfall, all while making sure our fish were safe and healthy throughout the process. They also took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some great tips for daily maintenance. I highly recommend The Koi Story Fish Farm!
