Neil from the Koi Story helped us to rehome our fish from Adam’s Fairacre Farms in Newburgh. He provided us with updates on their new outdoor pond home. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful services he has provided. He also helped us with replacement fish and the necessary food and chemical treatments for the water. The koi story fish farm answered all my questions and provided guidance on how to properly doe our koi pond with Prazi to treat flukes. They also provided us a phone to call so when we went to treat our pond we could call and ask questions if we had any problems or needed more help. There is so many places online to read but you never know where the advice is really coming from. It is nice to have a real person with experience to talk to for us newer pond owners.
