Neil and his team were wonderful to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my koi pond serviced before by other companies and this was the most pleasant experience by a mile.
Neil (the owner) will always respond quickly and do whatever he can to help me with the best, most knowledgeable advice! He gets product out super fast too if your issue pressing. Someone you can trust with your koi’s survival and health because he cares!
