We recently hired The Koi Story Fish Farm to service our koi pond, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. They did a thorough job cleaning the filtration system, balancing the water chemistry, and even fixing a leak from the waterfall, all while making sure our fish were safe and healthy throughout the process.
