thank you About 3-4 years ago when I retired, I took everything I had from my 401K. I assumed that once I got the money the tax was taken out. I was incorrect. I was also wrong to think the IRS wouldnt come after my government check. They garnished me for more than 12 months and I finally contacted these attorneys for assistance. I am grateful I did.
