Disgusted Had an eye exam and contact lens fitting. When all was said and done after the trial period of the wearing the contact lenses and I wanted to order them, the technician that actually fit me with the lenses forgot to write down what she gave me for the trial period. They went ahead and ordered what they thought was the the right thing and the lenses didn't work. Patients come first The offices are beautiful and the equipment seems to be top of the line. Now, when it comes to the staff, well, where do I begin? They have an arrogant way about them, a little rude and that Dr. Carmen Castellano is as rude and unpleasant as can be. I am sure he is extremely qualified but he needs to know how to treat people. The optician Kim, wouldn't even address me properly and was impolite. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
New equipment, nice staff, billing errors The Koetting Associates is a suite of several opticians/optometrists. They sell glasses in house, so you don't have to take your prescription to be filled elsewhere.
