As I reflect on my wedding day at the Kodiak Room, I can’t help but to be disappointed with the venue and service. To start of the morning, we were, as promised and even confirmed on a email a few days before the day, to meet an employee at the door at 8am. No one showed. Instead, the cleaning lady was inside cleaning. She came to the door a little after 8am and asked if she could help us. I said yeah my wedding is today and we have this place booked.
