We recently purchased our home from Knutson, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Catherine and JoAnne were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. We purchased a high-end Knutson condo at Birchwood at Brambleton. The neighborhood is great and the initial experience was smooth. However, after having lived here for three months, we found ourselves disappointed and not at all having a quality-of-life experience. While we were told about the noise, it turns out that noise pollution is significantly worse than what we expected, by a factor of about five.
