Fantastic little neighborhood restaurant tucked away in an unexpected corner of Portland. Food, beverages, service, and vibe are all excellent. We had the foie gras (meltingly tender), onion tart, duck breast, and flat iron steak, and every single bite was delicious.

We had an incredible dinner at The Knotted Apron in Maine! The food was amazing, prepared and plated with great care. The bread is so light and delicious, served with a whipped butter, sprinkled with sea salt. The foies gras was so delicious and surprisingly paired with pineapple and a hint of clove. The duck was wonderfully tender, served with lentils and a celery salad. The restaurant is small and intimate where it was evident that clients and employees were all content. This place was a total 10 out of 10. From the service to the atmosphere to the food. Our waiter Bitz Was amazing. Truly embraced us and gave us a great experience. It was our anniversary and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We will definitely be going back again as this restaurant offers a special experience. The food was unreal, perfectly prepared and extremely tasty. Portland is lucky.
Arrington was amazing and so friendly and attentive! She was bartending like a boss.
