Don’t rent from them they are not professional. They put families out without giving a 3 day notice and that is a must. Need to be under better management. I don’t even live out there but was considering it. But nope. Don’t move out there until they get better management. Don’t trust them. They need to be reported.
This place dont trust them they will never give you your deposit back even if your perfect. They lied on my mom that she painted a room that was painted before she moved in and took it out of their deposit. They are money hungry. Ppl that lived on the bottom level and their place would flood and they would charge the tenant to fix it when they left when it was their responsibility. This place is a joke. They also try to force you to use their insurance to stay there. Dont live here its a scam
First impressions are everything. Excellent customer service and professional will not meet you nor greet you. I truly got them impression that calling them is more of a bother and a chore for them to answer the phone. Not the kind of place I want to give my hard earned money.
I called the management for availability and that lady hunged up on me , asking me if I am an adult . I mean why would I call I am not . Is she okay and she was talking so rude
