This place is terrible. The owners Dawn and Paul are the absolute worst. My dad lived there who is disabled and they bullied him for years, calling him names and took control of who was allowed in and out of his apartment. He felt that his kids or anyone else wasn’t allowed to visit him and feared they would kick him out if anyone came over to visit. They never fixed anything within the apartment. I wish I could leave this place negative reviews. I can’t wait to see this place under new management one day.
Management seems to be nothing mainly care about money like at this moment 2961 Apartment D no Ridge Drive has had an unauthorized person living with him for months I haven't had Utilities in his gas on in months smoking guns in there cigarettes all of these are things that break is least but yet he's still there management only cares about getting that money and I have to put it on these reviews because the number they show on their website does nothing but give me a fast busy signal when I call it it is not a valid working... read more
How come their business phone has nothing but a busy single???!
The prices go up and the quality should also.
I've contacted this place 10+ times and I kid you not, I only got through ONCE. Their communication skills are terrible. They keep posting available units on all these websites but when you try to reach out - nothing! The one time I got through, some man answered & told me the property manager was "busy" and that he'd take my info down for her to call. You think I ever heard anything from her? Nope! I can't tell they want people to rent their apartments with the terrible customer service & lack of communication they have.
