HOA is too high and they don't do anything to fix this place!! They send people to your house WITHOUT TELLING YOU!! Still haven't heard back about my patio getting remodeled. They take a long time replying to emails and pick and choose WHO can and CANNOT park their cars in front of their houses (IM BLACK)!! They had people cut down trees where we park out cars and gave NO NOTICES TO ANYONE AND HAD A WOODCHIPPER PARKED BY OUR CARS. If I had known this I would NOT have bought a place over here.
