Physios work between 8.40 am and 3.40 pm, making it impossible to book with them as someone who works during school hours. The first holiday is the end of October, leaving nearly two months without an appointment. Extremely disappointed as following this I was not given the option to see a non-physio, provided with empathy, or given any alternative or private practice considerations. Very upsetting because they've actually been really good for six months leading up to now. I don't know what's happened.
Always brilliant with my daughter and get her in sometimes within an hour. Doctors are first class here.

Edit: I've since spoken to a lovely GP who has resolved the issue and spoke to me like a human being, he even apologised for the below experience. Restored my faith. Also spoke to a kind pharmacist there too, her whole manner was kind and empathetic how it should be working in a medical setting. Some (not all as some are very nice) of the receptionists really shouldn't be dealing with the sick and disabled, they'd be better as traffic wardens. Very unhelpful, borderline rude. Appointment booking is a joke, given times to arrive and then told it was wrong even though the note we had was written by the people booking the appointment. Then when time was correct nurse was off but couldn't offer a replacement appointment on time sensitive injections.
