For many years I have always had the most professional service from the surgery , given by concerned and thoughtful staff. I struggle to recognise some of the previous reviews and am rather saddened by them.
I wanted to help balance these reviews. I have been with the Knoll Surgery nearly 30 years. I have never been let down by them. Same day appointments have been made available for emergencies; non emergencies are booked in on the first available date, that's expected. The Knoll are taking very good care of my elderly Mum too. Unfortunately, she is registered housebound, but I've never had a problem organising a doctor's home visit - sometimes, the very same day, but never more than 24 hours, depending on her ailment. Receptionist had real bad mannerisms, definitely wrong person for the job at hand!
Physios work between 8.40 am and 3.40 pm, making it impossible to book with them as someone who works during school hours. The first holiday is the end of October, leaving nearly two months without an appointment. Extremely disappointed as following this I was not given the option to see a non-physio, provided with empathy, or given any alternative or private practice considerations. Very upsetting because they've actually been really good for six months leading up to now. I don't know what's happened.
Always brilliant with my daughter and get her in sometimes within an hour. Doctors are first class here.
