The apartments are beautiful, with great views! We lived here for a few years. The apartment was spotless when we moved in! We were nervous about moving to a new area but the ladies in the office made it feel like home, and welcomed us with open arms, and even answered all our silly questions. Maintenance was short staffed but great. They keep you informed regarding the repairs. We purchased a home in the area and moved out a few weeks ago. Upon move out we received our full deposit back. Kayla and Crystal are the best. Anytime I ever had a problem they were always quick to fix it. They have treated me with kindness and respect since day one, I really appreciate them!
Beautiful apartments, quiet safe neighborhood. But what we love most about it here is the staff. They are always available for questions, there is always someone in the office and maintenance responds very quickly. The property manager and leasing agents are very friendly and helpful and explain things very well. They take the time to listen and are very patient with you so you feel right at home in your new apartment.
The office scheduled my move out date on a Sunday so I was unable to return the keys. I mailed the keys back to them and they still charged me $100 for my keys. On May 5, 2025 the office stated in an email that they will send my $100 to the address they sent my security deposit at. I emailed the office and an automatic message returned back to me stating an AI was monitoring the emails. I called yesterday and the lady stated she would have to call accounting and she couldn’t give me an ETA on when she would contact me back. ... read more
I lived here for 2 years, and was the first tenant to my unit. Pros: really nice apartments, dog park and pool are nice and well kept. Maintenance and grounds employees are professional. Nice if you like small towns within reasonable distance from main cities (Charlottesville in this case). Cons: management. I never received my deposit back (imagine that), the location isn't the best unless you work IN ruckersville.
