I contacted this cake shop within 2 weeks of when I needed my specialty cake - she handled every little detail and it turned out better than I expected and the red velvet cake was delicious - i would highly recommend The Knocke Shoppe and will go to her again if i need any cakes in the future!!!!!!! FANTASTIC and her price was extremely reasonable.
We chose to work with the Knock Shoppe for our wedding cake in 2022. We wanted a *real* wedding cake, in all its entirety, and we not only found that in the Knock Shoppe, but we were able to have a wide variety of flavors to offer our guests.
