Would love to give them 1 star, absolutely useless management by Sean Ewinger and extremely high fees. Had to wait 3 months to be told "the cameras in the building are fake" in relation to stolen property and absolutely no apology for what happened. I could go on, will be talking to the building committee about sacking them.
Inflexible, uncaring, expensive and useless.. I wish I'd never met these fraudsters. Charged me a 92 dollar debt collection fee for services that WERE YET TO BE RENDERED. When questioned they simply said.. we can charge you this it's in the contract... when I said I was the one communicating about "debt collection" what did they do to "collect the debt" they refused to elaborate. Also they say they are into sustainability but they drink coffee out of single use cups. Avoid these charlatans.
