Bought a $200 knife and realized the handle was cracked the next day. The manager did absolutely nothing for me. Additionally, the employees seem to know very little about the products and are only interested in getting your money, “self control is overrated” is what one young female employee told me over five times in less that 5 minutes. This is not good business policy. I do not recommend the shop to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could. Dissapointed.

This is a great place to shop at! I love the service. They helped me with what I needed. And it was a very clean store. keep doing what you're doing :)

The owners mark up most of the products 50% or more over what you can get them anywhere else and if there are ANY issues with what you buy there they will refuse to do anything about it. The staff they employ are usually nice and very friendly but know very little about the products being sold. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless you just have money to waste.

The guy who sold me the product was great, the manager was not. I bought a katana, took it home, and realized it was damaged, I tried to exchange it. Two hours after buying the product I went back into the store and the manager refused to do the exchange even though the sword I wanted was more expensive. This is bad business, I travel and have literally hundreds of options when it comes to buying products such as this. This is the eighth sword in my collection and the last one that will be coming from knife guys.

Bought a knife set here last week, and then found the set for a quarter of the price at a sporting store new in package. Looked at another set and found it for a quarter of the price as well. The markups at this place are ridiculous.
