Again, despite the methodical response below…staying at the Knickerbocker was hellish. This place is infested with bugs!!! We’re talking cockroaches in my room. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The hot tub was never once hot. The neighbors of mine smoked cigarettes like chimneys. Call it “spite” all you want, I wouldn’t stay here again if it was $1000/mo. The people who run it are liars and there seems to be very high turn over. Doesn’t seem like a great place to work if you ask me.
I had the most nightmarish experience living at this place for over a year. WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!! Not only are they over priced, they barely clean the place. My bedding had lip stick on it (day 1). The shelves in the closet fell apart. I literally didn’t have water for a whole week and nobody did a thing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! And do not be fooled by the professional pictures.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. This house rents to long term tenants (12 months) and also to vacationers and they also hold events here. I have been living here for 11 months and it has been nothing but a headache. While living here we’ve have over 40 vacationers stay here and none of them have a background check. They also held a live casket viewing/funeral inside the house and told us we couldn’t use the rest of the house during their 100+ event funeral.
