KLR Group - Kiye was amazing. Kiye made the home buying process very easy. She was patient because I was scared of purchasing a home due to negative reviews about builders. We looked at a lot of homes and she did not rush me. Before I finally made a decision she told me to make sure it was what I really wanted. Contracted with Teri Hillery for a home purchase. She and the lender (Wanda) were not very helpful nor responsive. It seemed they didn't want to work with us when we didn't turn documents in at their rapid speed. Neither showed much compassion or patience for a first-time home buyer. We were ghosted for weeks and eventually found a new realtor. We closed on our new home two days ago.
