Total scam. The pots, pans, and knives are nice for sure, but certainly not worth what they are charging. They told me we could make easy online payments (not true); they said the purchase was interest free for the first year (not true, they're charging me 18% interest); customer service is an absolute joke; and the selling point for us was the free wedding bands and vacation (the rings are cute but extremely cheap quality and the vacation package is a complete and total scam). Absolute waste of money.
Total scams, ordered from them at a presentation and I should have known better. and then tried to cancel the next day after I read all the horrible reviews, I paid $30 to overnight the cancellation letter since it had to be there within 3 days. as well as called the number provided and spoke to someone assuring I wouldn’t be charged. I was still charged a week later and got a hard inquiry on my credit report. While you can (technically) say their company isn’t a scam since you do receive the product, it is a very dishonest and predatory company. When I got the text message about the “free” honeymoon, I was elated. We attended this little demonstration that was only supposed to be 90 minutes; it turned into almost 3 hours. That was the first red flag. We purchased a set and after the first use had damage to our pans that was said would never happen. Have been trying for two years to get it resolved with no luck from anyone. However they refuse a refund and continue to bill us without any help for the damage to this extreme high product.
Brandon is an honest salesman behind an honest product. Worth the price, and their payment plan is good.
