I bought a Quick Mill Pop Up espresso machine from The Kitchen Barista, and unfortunately I had a horrible experience. Their competitive price may look attractive, but be careful. Within about a week of receiving the machine, it started having technical issues. To be fair, their technical support team was helpful, especially Vagif. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely tried to help me troubleshoot the problem. However, the machine appeared to be faulty, and they eventually accepted my return. Just bought a Ascaso Dream PID espresso machine from them. Their service was amazing, they even did a video call with me to answer all my questions re how to adjust the machine for my tastes. Wonderful people expecially Taha and Vaqif.
