The kitchen and food are great. The consumer's and or clients are greater. But, the upper management in Middletown and Norwich are disgusting. We lost 2 sensational case managers at the same time and they hired in- experienced people and let an experienced counselor and manager slip through their fingers.
Very rude staff and then gaslights customers when they messed up. Will never return to Bristol location
